This 1st Place Memphis In May Winner is an excellent seasoning & rub for pork, beef, chicken, seafood, vegetables and especially on baked potatoes and french fries. For best results apply rub on meat several hours or overnight before cooking. This will allow the seasoning to seep into the meat and during cooking will seal in the natural juices and flavor.

Ingredients include Sugar, Kosher Salt, Brown Sugar, Paprika, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic, Onion, Celery, Spices, Chili Pepper, Natural Flavordisodium Inosinate/Guanylate, Tumeric and Lemon Oil.
